Originally a native of California, Allison Millington is a 30+ year real estate professional with experience in office, retail, industrial, government, and military/civic. She has a highly rated and proven tenant relation/retention record, and excellent financial abilities. Her varied background has resulted in a wide array of exposure and skills. Allison has managed assets from high profile Class A+ over a million square feet, to more diverse multi-million square foot portfolios spread throughout a metro area.
Allison is a proven leader and driven to succeed. She and her team won the Building Owners and Managers (BOMA) coveted Office Building of the Year (TOBY) at the international level in the highest category available, on the first attempt. She has also accumulated additional awards such as TIER REIT’s Corporate Sustainability Award and Property Manager of the Year, and Downtown Fort Worth Inc.’s inaugural Trailblazer Award.
From a community service perspective, Allison has served as President of BOMA Fort Worth (2016-2018), Vice President (2014-2016) and on the Board of Directors (2012 – 2018 and 2006 – 2007). She has also served as a Chairperson for Downtown Fort Worth Inc.’s PID #1, and as a Board Member for the City of Fort Worth’s Lancaster TIF #8, and holds a Texas Real Estate License.
Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys and can usually be found gardening, or watching her boys compete at a hockey rink somewhere in the US or Canada. She has served on the Board and as President of Lake Cities Mothers of Multiples and currently serves on the Young Men Committee – 9th Grade for the newly created Young Men’s Service League – Inspire Chapter.
