The Reserve by Solera Senior Living is adjacent to Lake Austin and the Pennybacker Bridge, and will incorporate a luxury community into a Hill Country setting with amazing views. The Reserve will have the best-in-class team with Wells Fargo, Lantz-Boggio Architects, White Construction, Kimley-Horn Civil, StudioSIX5 Interiors, and Pharis Landscape Design. The project is under construction and expect to open in late the Summer of 2021.
HPI has created multiple direct investment partnerships with Solera Senior Living. Solera was founded by Adam Kaplan and has been growing their portfolio across the country. HPI has partnered with Solera as a GP co-investment partner as well as co-development partner. HPI and Solera currently have investments in Colorado, Maryland, and Texas.
As the Strategic Investments Partner, Jon is primarily focused on creating partnerships with other sponsors in self-storage and seniors housing. Prior to joining HPI, Jon worked for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and Hawkeye Partners. Jon spent 12 years at Hawkeye Partners conducting platform sourcing and due diligence for fund investments that totaled over $1.3 Billion in equity. His role included investment sourcing, management team diligence, existing portfolio analysis, implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring investment guidelines and limitations, acquisition oversight and strategy implementation. Jon received his BBA Finance degree from Baylor University and was a letterman on the football team.
