With a sole focus on office assets, Ben serves as Vice President for HPI’s Dallas portfolio and third party clients, ranging from institutional investors to local property owners. Prior to joining HPI, Ben played professional golf in the United States and South Africa, where he is originally from. Ben is actively involved in the community, serves on the board of Viola’s House and is a member of TREC and NTCAR organizations. Ben graduated with a BBA Finance degree from Henderson State University where he earned a golf scholarship. He resides in Dallas with his wife Megan, and their son Max.

Luke uses his finance background and market intelligence to provide value for clients, ranging from institutional investors to local owners. Luke was born and raised in Austin, Texas before graduating from TCU with a degree in Finance. Luke resides in Dallas with his wife Kate and is an active member of TREC, NTCAR, YPO Next Generation and Touchdown Club.

Garrett joined HPI’s Dallas leasing team in March 2023. As an analyst, Garrett plays a pivotal role assisting the team with market research, leasing proposals, and conducting tours. A Dallas native, Garrett attended The Episcopal School of Dallas before furthering his academic career at Auburn University where he graduated in 2022 with a Degree in Finance. Prior to joining HPI, Garrett interned at Avison Young Industrial Tenant Rep. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing, and he’s an avid supporter of the Auburn Tigers and the Dallas Cowboys. Garrett is an active member of TREC and NTCAR organizations.
