Will Hardy

As the Office Leasing Analyst, Will Hardy combines strong analytical skills with a competitive mindset and a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he balanced the demands of Division I football with a rigorous academic curriculum. As a two-year team captain and four-time ACC All-Academic Football Team selection, Will developed the discipline, resilience, and collaborative mindset that continue to shape his professional approach.

Will is passionate about solving complex challenges, building meaningful relationships, and continuously learning. His Christian faith is a guiding influence in both his personal and professional life, and he is an active member of Austin Ridge Bible Church. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, playing guitar, exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
