Development Manager
Tobin Hixon serves as Development Manager at HPI where he is responsible for sourcing and executing multifamily development opportunities. As Development Manager, Tobin focuses on all aspects of development, financing, construction, and asset management for HPI’s multifamily division. Prior to joining HPI, Tobin spent five years at Hanover Company where he managed multifamily and industrial development efforts in the Austin and DFW markets. At Hanover, Tobin sourced and contributed to the development of over 2,000 multifamily units across all product types in Texas, including the development and construction of two high-rises in downtown Austin. Tobin holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University.
