Thomas Grafton

Thomas Grafton is a Managing Director at HPI’s Fort Worth office. In this role he is responsible for industrial project leasing, tenant representation, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for private and institutional capital partners. Prior to joining HPI in 2025, Thomas was a Vice President at Holt Lunsford Commercial where he helped lead business development initiatives within the firms industrial division earning several recognitions as a Costar and D CEO Power Broker. Thomas received a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Tech University. He holds a Texas Real Estate Commission license and is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council (REC of GFW), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). Thomas lives in Fort Worth with his wife and their two golden retrievers.
