Sara Pilar is a commercial real estate leader with more than a decade of experience managing high-performing Class A office environments and mixed-use assets across dynamic markets in both North Carolina and Texas. She currently serves as General Manager at Domain Tower II, where she oversees building operations, financial performance, and tenant experience initiatives designed to maximize asset value and elevate workplace environments.

Sara has directed operations across more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, and medical office properties.
