Tenant Advisor Partner - Dallas
Robbie joined HPI as a Partner in January 2026 to establish and lead the firm’s Dallas Tenant Advisory practice. Bringing two decades of expertise in office tenant representation, he directs a dedicated team of professionals, delivering strategic guidance to clients across office, industrial, and data center transactions.
Prior to joining HPI, Robbie spent 19 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently served as a Vice Chairman and the Office Tenant Representation Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth market. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Robbie was responsible for the overall strategic direction, recruiting, and growth of the Office Tenant Representation service line, comprised of 20 real estate brokerage professionals, growing the team’s revenue by 2.5 times during his tenure. He is a former winner of the NAIOP North Texas Office Broker of the Year award and has been named a DCEO Power Broker annually for the last eleven years. He has been a top producer throughout his career, representing tenants on over 8.9 million SF of transactions over the last five years.
Robbie currently serves on the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board and the Clayton Dabney Foundation Board. Previously, he served on the St. Mark’s School of Texas Alumni Board and volunteered as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Robbie, a Dallas native, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rhodes College, where he lettered in football and earned academic all-conference honors.
He resides in Dallas with his wife, Skyler, and their two sons, Gaines and Boyd.
