Nic Holley

Nicholas Holley is a Cedar Hill, Texas native and graduate of Bishop Dunne Catholic School. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and brings a diverse blend of commercial real estate and luxury client‑service experience to HPI.

Nicholas has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate through roles with Hillwood and Holt Lunsford Commercial, gaining exposure to investment strategy, operations, and client advisory work. He also brings a background in luxury customer service and relationship management from Sewell Automotive Companies and Park Place Dealerships, where he developed a hospitality‑driven, client‑focused approach.

A former high school basketball player, Nicholas values teamwork, preparation, and continuous improvement. He is a proud girl dad to a first‑grader and a novice golfer who’s always working to improve his game—and welcomes tips from seasoned golfers.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys Dallas sports, exploring new restaurants, connecting with people, and spending time near the water.
