Matt Montague

Matt Montague is the Executive Managing Director at HPI’s Fort Worth office, leading strategic commercial real estate initiatives. He joined HPI in 2025, bringing over 17 years of experience in office, industrial, and site selection transactions. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Managing Director at JLL for over 16 years, advising clients like Bell Helicopter Textron, Simpli.fi, Encana
Resources, Six Flags, Star-Telegram, United Way of Tarrant County, Range Resources, BBVA Compass Bank, Moncrief Cancer Institute, UT Southwestern, Southern Land Company, and Ball Corporation. A Fort Worth native, Matt holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and is actively involved in the community as a board member of
Streams & Valleys and a member of Christ Chapel Bible Church. He has also served on the Boards of The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, CASA of Tarrant County, and the Fort Worth Chamber. Matt lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children.
