Lee Smith

Leasing Analyst - Fort Worth

Lee Smith grew up in San Antonio before heading to TCU, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate, graduating in May 2026. Throughout college, he built a strong foundation in commercial real estate through internships with JLL in Fort Worth and Newmark’s Industrial Capital Markets team in Dallas. He later joined HPI as an intern in September 2025, deepening his experience in industrial leasing and market strategy.

Today, Lee serves as an Industrial Leasing Analyst in HPI’s Fort Worth office, where he supports the team with research, analysis, and execution across HPI’s industrial portfolio.
