George Jennings

George Jennings is a Managing Director at HPI’s Fort Worth office, where he oversees industrial leasing, tenant representation, and business development initiatives. He joined HPI in 2025, bringing over 13 years of industrial real estate experience, during which he completed over 800 transactions totaling 20 million square feet and valued at more than $750 million. Previously, George was a Vice President at Holt Lunsford Commercial, focusing on project leasing, land acquisitions, and business development, and began his career at Integra Realty Resources specializing in property valuation. His expertise has made him a trusted advisor to institutional owners, local investors, and tenants, with clients including Alliance Industrial Company, Creation Equity, Crow Holdings Capital, GID, High Street Logistics Properties, and TA Realty. A Fort Worth native, George holds a BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin, is a licensed Texas real estate professional, and a member of The Real Estate Council. He is also a multiple-time CoStar and D CEO Power Broker award recipient, actively involved in his community through Christ Chapel Bible Church and Bible Study Fellowship of Fort Worth, and lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.
