Known for his data-driven insights and expertise in leasing and sales, Garrison serves local and national
clients, including Arco Contractors Supply Company, Enterprise, Evans Composites, Stepp Investments, Conti Warehouse, Texas One Source, DD&F Flooring, and American Infrastructure & Metal Works. Before joining HPI, he worked at Transwestern Commercial Real Estate, facilitating lease and sale transactions for various tenants and investors. Beginning his career in 2019, Garrison has built a strong foundation in industrial real estate. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.
