Chris Cook

Chris joined HPI in November 2016 and leads the firm’s Finance Department. He is responsible for underwriting and due diligence across HPI’s portfolio and manages the company’s debt across all product types. Prior to joining HPI, Chris spent six years at L&B Realty Advisors, where he provided real estate investment management services to institutional investors. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Chris holds a Finance degree from Trinity University and an MBA with a focus in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Dallas.
