Charlie Anderson

Industrial Leasing - Austin

Charlie was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2023. After graduation, he stayed in Dallas to join JLL’s capital markets group, where he underwrote ~$1.5 billion in commercial real estate across industrial, office, and retail assets. Charlie then moved to Virginia to serve as General Manager of the Radford University men’s basketball program, overseeing NIL budgeting and fundraising, before returning home to Austin to join HPI Real Estate as an industrial leasing agent.
