Ashley Perez Talley

Ashley joined HPI in 2019 and has steadily advanced through the organization. With over fifteen years of property management experience spanning onsite residential, Class A office, and industrial real estate, she brings a diverse operational and financial background to her role. Throughout her career at HPI, she has supported Class A office assets and managed large commercial and industrial portfolios, developing expertise in operations, tenant relations, budgeting, and asset management.

Ashley is recognized for her hands-on management style, strong tenant relationships, and proactive approach to problem solving. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong partnerships with tenants, ownership groups, and vendors. Ashley is committed to creating value through proactive property management, operational efficiencies, capital planning, and maintaining high standards across her portfolio to support the long-term success and performance of the assets she manages.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and continues to invest in her professional growth within the commercial real estate industry.
