Angie Garcia

Angie Garcia joined HPI Real Estate Services in February 2022, bringing extensive experience in commercial property management, including office, retail, POA, and lease administration. As a Property Manager, she oversees a portfolio of seven industrial buildings, including a Property Owners Association (POA).

Angie is responsible for property operations, financial performance, budget development, capital improvement projects, and tenant relations. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with tenants and ownership, and enhancing the long-term value and performance of the assets under her management.

Dedicated to professional growth and excellence in the commercial real estate industry, Angie is actively pursuing her Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMA. She is also an active member of BOMA Austin and remains committed to continuing education and industry leadership.
