Amanda Ruiz

Amanda joined HPI in 2025 with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She began her career in Class A office in San Francisco and has since managed a wide variety of property types including office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial. Her experience spans from high-rise towers in downtown San Francisco to suburban business parks in Austin, overseeing everything from newly constructed developments to certified historical buildings more than 100 years old. This breadth of experience has given her expertise in navigating complex building codes, tenant needs, and operational challenges across asset classes.

Throughout her career, Amanda has primarily worked with owner-managed companies such as Brandywine Realty Trust, PS Business Parks, and Equity Office—both later acquired by Blackstone, where she continued with Link Logistics. This owner-focused background gives her a unique perspective on aligning operational execution with ownership goals. She is known for building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors, leveraging her portfolio to deliver long-term value and best-in-class service.

At HPI, Amanda currently manages 18 industrial properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and an active member of BOMA, where she is working toward her RPA designation.
