Michael has completed over 75 lease transactions totaling more than 4.8 million square feet of office and industrial space since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021. With experience spanning office, industrial, and large-footprint facility needs, Michael brings a practitioner’s understanding of the full transaction lifecycle — from initial site selection and market analysis through lease negotiation and execution. Before joining HPI, Michael worked on the tenant representation teams at CBRE and NAI Partners. Across every engagement, Michael operates as a true fiduciary to his clients, providing candid counsel and relentless advocacy on behalf of the tenants he serves. Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin through the University of Texas. Outside of work, you’ll find Michael serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church, enjoying the Texas Hill Country, or locked in on Longhorn football – preferably all three in the same weekend.
Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Case quickly became a top broker in Austin, Texas, most recently being named the Austin Business Journal Top Office Broker this past year. Case focuses on negotiating leases for large tech companies, law firms, and professional service firms. Over the course of his career, Case has negotiated leases representing over 3 million square feet valued in excess of $1 billion. He takes great pride in his vast knowledge of the business, competitive nature, and passion for serving his clients, giving him the opportunity to command his clients’ real estate process and allow them to focus on growing their own business operations.
