As an integral member of HPI’s Industrial team, Jordan plays a vital role in project leasing and marketing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as new development initiatives. She joined HPI in April 2019, bringing extensive experience in retail and land acquisitions, asset management, and commercial accounting from her previous work at a local commercial firm. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Northeastern State University. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is actively engaged with Habitat for Humanity, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golfing, traveling, and supporting local causes.

As HPI’s Industrial Project Partner, Davis is directly involved in industrial development, leasing, and acquisitions/dispositions for both institutional and private investment clients. Davis’ specialty is in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships with his clients. Since 2013, Davis has consistently been recognized as a top CoStar Power Broker, as well as being recognized as the Austin Business Journal’s #1 Heavy Hitter from 2015 to 2023. Prior to joining HPI, Davis attended Trinity University where he earned a B.S. in Finance while spending four years on the Trinity football team.
