Davis’ specialty is in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships with his clients. Since 2013, Davis has consistently been recognized as a top CoStar Power Broker, as well as being recognized as the Austin Business Journal’s #1 Heavy Hitter from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining HPI, Davis attended Trinity University where he earned a B.S. in Finance while spending four years on the Trinity football team.

Morris joined HPI’s Industrial leasing team in early 2018, responsible for leasing both institutional and privately-owned industrial product in Austin and the surrounding areas. Prior to HPI, Morris spent three years handling third-party asset management for a one million square foot retail portfolio within Central Texas. He is a graduate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Morris is a member of Commercial Brokers Association of Austin and Real Estate Council of Austin. Morris donates his time to the Flatwater Foundation, located in Austin.
