Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin as a student at the University of Texas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Michael established himself as an active member of the University’s community. Michael served as President of the men’s fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, supported abuse victims by coordinating fundraising for Safe Alliance, and established the Mental Wellness Committee amongst his peers at UT. Since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021, Michael has completed over 40 lease transactions spanning over 1.3 million SF of office and industrial space. Before becoming a Tenant Advisor with HPI, Michael served as an intern with the tenant representation team at CBRE and as an associate at NAI Partners. Michael consistently serves as a fiduciary to his clients, guiding them through their office and industrial facility needs.
Currently a member of the CBA and Texas Exes, Michael is actively involved in the commercial real estate and business communities both in and out of the office. Michael enjoys spending his free time in the gym, on the golf course, and serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
Kendall Cantele is a trusted real estate advisor with deep roots in Austin and a strong connection to its business community. A University of Texas graduate, she has built a reputation as a strong leader in commercial real estate since starting her career 10 years ago. With a focus on helping companies expand their footprint in Austin and nationwide, Kendall has worked with notable organizations like Tokyo Electron, the University of Texas, and Saronic. Her expertise has earned her recognition as a senior-level executive by Bisnow’s Austin Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE), a Costar Power Broker, and a top broker in Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter List.
She serves on the board of the Commercial Brokers Association and is involved with the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy. Passionate about fostering future talent, she contributes to the CRE Analyst Development Program as a Teaching Assistant.
