Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin as a student at the University of Texas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Michael established himself as an active member of the University’s community. Michael served as President of the men’s fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, supported abuse victims by coordinating fundraising for Safe Alliance, and established the Mental Wellness Committee amongst his peers at UT. Since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021, Michael has completed over 40 lease transactions spanning over 1.3 million SF of office and industrial space. Before becoming a Tenant Advisor with HPI, Michael served as an intern with the tenant representation team at CBRE and as an associate at NAI Partners. Michael consistently serves as a fiduciary to his clients, guiding them through their office and industrial facility needs.
Currently a member of the CBA and Texas Exes, Michael is actively involved in the commercial real estate and business communities both in and out of the office. Michael enjoys spending his free time in the gym, on the golf course, and serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Case quickly became a top broker in Austin, Texas, most recently being named the Top Office Broker in 2024. Case focuses on negotiating leases for large tech companies, law firms, and professional services.
Over the course of his career, Case has negotiated leases representing over 3 million square feet valued in excess of $1 billion. He takes great pride in his vast knowledge of the business, competitive nature, and passion for serving his clients, giving him the opportunity to command his clients’ real estate process and allow them to focus on growing their own business operations. Through this process, Case has become one of the most efficient and effective Tenant Advisors in Austin.
