Prior to joining HPI, Chris was an esteemed agent at Jim Lake Companies in Dallas where he was responsible for leasing one million square feet of office, industrial, and mixed-use product. Chris graduated Cum Laude from TCU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Minor in Spanish. While in college he competed as a collegiate tennis player at Duke University and later at TCU ranking in the Top 25 doubles player in the country. As a part of HPI Office Leasing team, Chris will be responsible for new business development as well as servicing the needs of existing clients and tenants.
