Jeff Pace leads the HPI Tenant Advisory team. His diverse real estate experience in leasing, development, investment sales, and asset management enables creative and flexible client solutions.

Jeff has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. During this time, he has negotiated leases representing over 8 million square feet valued in excess of $1.4 billion. Additionally, Jeff has overseen the acquisition/disposition of over 3 million square feet of office projects valued over $1.35 billion, the development of our 2.5 million square feet of Class “A” office projects, and provided asset management oversight for 6 million square feet of office projects.

Throughout his career, Jeff has served as both principal and advisor, assisting institutional, corporate, and other real estate companies on their real estate strategies.

Cortland, originally from Augusta, GA, attended Wake Forest University on a golf scholarship. After college, he spent time as a tour professional, including competing in the 2009 U.S. Open. Since 2012, Cortland has completed more than 250 lease transactions for some of Austin’s most well-known and fastest-growing companies, including RetailMeNot, H-E-B, and Tiff’s Treats. In his time with HPI Tenant Advisors, Cortland has consistently been listed on Costar’s Power Broker and ABJ’s Heavy Hitter Lists, and continues to expand the HPITA tenant representation business by developing office space strategies for a growing number of companies, including technology, law firms, financial institutions, and healthcare.

Cortland is actively involved in the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin, the Real Estate Council of Austin, and the Wake Forest Deacon Club.

Since beginning his commercial real estate career, Case quickly became a top broker in Austin, Texas, most recently being named the Austin Business Journal Top Office Broker. Case leads HPI’s Defense Tech & Advanced Manufacturing Practice Group, in addition to representing large tech companies, law firms, and professional service firms. Over the course of his career, Case has negotiated leases representing over 3 million square feet valued in excess of $1 billion. He takes great pride in his vast knowledge of the business, competitive nature, and passion for serving his clients, giving him the opportunity to command his clients’ real estate process and allow them to focus on growing their own business operations. Through this process, Case has become one of the most efficient and effective Tenant Advisors in Austin.

Robbie joined HPI as a Partner in January 2026 to establish and lead the firm’s Dallas Tenant Advisory practice. Bringing two decades of expertise in office tenant representation, he directs a dedicated team of professionals, delivering strategic guidance to clients across office, industrial, and data center transactions.

Prior to joining HPI, Robbie spent 19 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently served as a Vice Chairman and the Office Tenant Representation Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth market. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Robbie was responsible for the overall strategic direction, recruiting, and growth of the Office Tenant Representation service line, comprised of 20 real estate brokerage professionals, growing the team’s revenue by 2.5 times during his tenure. He is a former winner of the NAIOP North Texas Office Broker of the Year award and has been named a DCEO Power Broker annually for the last eleven years. He has been a top producer throughout his career, representing tenants on over 8.9 million SF of transactions over the last five years.

Robbie currently serves on the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board and the Clayton Dabney Foundation Board. Previously, he served on the St. Mark’s School of Texas Alumni Board and volunteered as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Robbie, a Dallas native, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rhodes College, where he lettered in football and earned academic all-conference honors.

He resides in Dallas with his wife, Skyler, and their two sons, Gaines and Boyd.

Originally from New Braunfels, TX, Geoff attended Texas A&M University on a football scholarship. After a strong college career, Geoff was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 2005 NFL Draft and played 9 seasons with both the Panthers and the Buffalo Bills. Geoff retired from the NFL in 2014, moved back to his home state of Texas, and joined HPI Tenant Advisors, bringing his competitive spirit to the commercial real estate world. Since joining HPI, Geoff has quickly become an expert on the Austin office and industrial markets. His positive attitude and strong work ethic have made him a well-respected broker across the market and a staple of our HPITA team.

Geoff is actively involved in the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin, CASA of Travis County, Riverbend Church, and the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University.

Kendall Cantele is a trusted real estate advisor with deep roots in Austin and a strong connection to its business community. A University of Texas graduate, she has built a reputation as a strong leader in commercial real estate since starting her career 10 years ago. With a focus on helping companies expand their footprint in Austin and nationwide, Kendall has worked with notable organizations like Tokyo Electron, the University of Texas, and Saronic. Her expertise has earned her recognition as a senior-level executive by Bisnow’s Austin Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE), a Costar Power Broker, and a top broker in Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter List. 

She serves on the board of the Commercial Brokers Association and is involved with the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy. Passionate about fostering future talent, she contributes to the CRE Analyst Development Program as a Teaching Assistant.

Casey Casper began his commercial real estate career in the summer of 2013 and joined HPI Tenant Advisors as a Managing Director in 2023. Casey helps local, national, and global companies evaluate their office space needs and execute strategies for managing expenses, limiting risk, expanding/right-sizing, and enhancing company culture. Whether a client wants to renew, relocate, expand, or contract, Casey’s full-service expertise will provide all the tools needed, from occupancy planning to overall portfolio strategy. Casey studied Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Alex Bathie is a Senior Director in HPI’s Dallas office, where he represents Dallas/Fort Worth–based and national companies in developing and executing strategic headquarters and regional office solutions. Since 2017, he has worked closely with organizations to evaluate their space needs and build plans that reduce occupancy costs, support growth, and strengthen company culture.

A San Antonio native, Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is actively involved with the North Texas Food Bank, the North Texas chapter of CoreNet Global, and the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the UGA Alumni Association.

Alex currently resides in Dallas with his wife, Meredith.

A Houston native, Rick made his way to Austin, as many do, by way of the University of Texas. After receiving his degree from the McCombs School of Business, Rick decided to make Austin his permanent home, joining in on Austin’s growth and taking advantage of the many great opportunities that the city has to offer. In his time as a student, Rick served as an intern for the HPI Tenant Advisors team, paving his way to becoming a full-time member of the HPITA team after graduating in the Spring of 2021. 

Currently a member of the CBA and Texas Exes, Rick is actively involved in the commercial real estate and business communities both in and out of the office. In his free time, Rick loves spending time outdoors, whether that be hunting, fishing, golfing, or at DKR cheering on his Longhorns.

Michael has completed over 75 lease transactions totaling more than 4.8 million square feet of office and industrial space since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021. With experience spanning office, industrial, and large-footprint facility needs, Michael brings a practitioner’s understanding of the full transaction lifecycle — from initial site selection and market analysis through lease negotiation and execution. Before joining HPI, Michael worked on the tenant representation teams at CBRE and NAI Partners. Across every engagement, Michael operates as a true fiduciary to his clients, providing candid counsel and relentless advocacy on behalf of the tenants he serves. Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin through the University of Texas. Outside of work, you’ll find Michael serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church, enjoying the Texas Hill Country, or locked in on Longhorn football – preferably all three in the same weekend.

As a member of the Tenant Advisors team at HPI, Cole exclusively represents tenants with their office and industrial facility needs. With a client-first approach, he works closely with companies to understand their business goals and deliver real estate solutions that align with their long-term growth. Since joining HPI, Cole has been involved in 48 transactions totaling 396,000 square feet. Prior to HPI, Cole spent three and a half years with the PGA TOUR in Austin, leading the sales efforts for the WGC – Dell Technologies Match Play at Austin Country Club — an experience that sharpened his ability to build relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. A proud University of Texas graduate and Dallas native, Cole enjoys playing golf, college football, and spending time with friends and family outside of work.

Cole Johnson is a tenant advisor specializing in the Austin industrial market, where he brings a competitive edge and a commitment to client success shaped by years of experience both on the field and on the sideline. A proud Chickasaw Indian and Oklahoma native, Cole was a Division I quarterback at the University of North Texas before transitioning into coaching. Over the past five years, he has coached quarterbacks at North Texas, the University of California – Berkeley, and Texas State University. His background in high-performance athletics and coaching sharpened his discipline, attention to detail, and ability to lead under pressure — all of which now serve his clients in navigating complex real estate deals with confidence and clarity.

Cole is known for his integrity, tenacity, and relationship-driven approach. He takes pride in helping tenants align their real estate decisions with their long-term business goals while delivering value through market insight and relentless advocacy. Outside of work, Cole enjoys golfing and is a passionate Oklahoma City Thunder fan.

A born-and-raised Austinite, Rylie knew early on that her career would lead her into commercial real estate. She studied real estate finance at the University of Oklahoma, where she stayed busy with the Real Estate Finance Division and the Real Estate Club and spent her time outside of class working for an Oklahoma City brokerage on their office leasing and tenant rep teams. Now back home in Austin, Rylie has joined the Tenant Advisors team at HPI and is excited for what comes next. Outside the office, she serves on the membership committee for Ballet Austin and is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), keeping her connected to the city and the industry she grew up in.

John is a Tenant Advisor in HPI’s Dallas office, where he works with companies to develop and execute strategic office real estate solutions. A Dallas native, he joined HPI in 2023 and brings a strong understanding of the local market, helping organizations make informed decisions that support their long‑term business goals.

John graduated in May 2023 from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business, earning a major in finance and a minor in management information systems. Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing, and is a dedicated supporter of Oklahoma football. He is an active member of the Sooner Club, as well as TREC and NTCAR.

Will Jones grew up in Dallas before attending Woodberry Forest School in Virginia, where he played football and lacrosse. After high school, he returned to Dallas to attend SMU, earning a degree in History and becoming an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon before graduating in 2025.

Will built early experience in commercial real estate through multiple summer analyst roles with HPI in Dallas and Fort Worth, followed by a summer analyst position with Hillwood in 2023. He later broadened his exposure to construction and project delivery as a Project Engineer with McCarthy Companies in Ventura, California.

Today, Will serves as an Analyst in HPI’s Dallas office, supporting the team with research, financial analysis, and execution across the firm’s portfolio. Outside of work, he’s a devoted Cowboys and Mavericks fan who enjoys golfing and hunting.

Pam Blockley joined HPI in 2016 and has over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate. Originally from the Midwest, she attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate and urban land economics.

Pam started her career in Los Angeles working in investment sales as a project director responsible for directing the entire marketing process for multi-million dollar office, retail and industrial property transactions.  She served as a project manager, strategizing and implementing the investment team’s business development activities and presentations.  Since then Pam has gained experience working in office and industrial leasing, retail development, and now focuses solely on office tenant rep advisory.

Pam is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and volunteers her time to Austin’s Meals on Wheels, Girl Scouts of Central Texas and her children’s schools.

Jen Jack joined HPI in 2026 as Brokerage Coordinator for the Tenant Advisory team. With prior experience as a commercial real estate Associate and Client Services Coordinator, she brings a strong understanding of the full transaction process and how real estate decisions support each client’s broader business needs. Jen has supported office and industrial leasing and sales transactions totaling more than $266 million and 22 million square feet, with expertise in market research, financial analysis, lease documentation, and transaction coordination. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Management) from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has completed advanced coursework through the CCIM Institute. Jen previously served as Treasurer of CREW Northern Nevada and received HPI’s Rookie Award in Q2 2026.
