Hunter joined HPI in July of 2015. As the Dallas Office Project Partner, he is responsible for overseeing HPI’s office leasing and management services in Dallas. Hunter is also involved in sourcing office investments in the DFW Metroplex. Focusing on office assets, he currently oversees over 2 MM square feet of assets. Prior to joining HPI, Hunter was with CBRE for over five years. Hunter was born and raised in Canyon, Texas before attending Baylor University. He resides in East Dallas with his wife Tayler, and their son Meyer.

Ben joined HPI’s Dallas leasing team in November 2018. With a focus on office assets, he serves as a leasing representative for HPI’s Dallas portfolio. Prior to joining HPI, Ben played professional golf in the United States and South Africa, where he is originally from. Most recently, he was a golf professional at Preston Trail Golf Club. Cuzen graduated with a BBA Finance degree from Henderson State University where he earned a golf scholarship.

Luke joined HPI’s Dallas leasing team in November 2018. With a focus on office assets, he serves as a leasing representative for HPI’s Dallas portfolio. Currently, Luke supports leasing activity for Ross Tower, 3400 Carlisle, and 1931 Greenville. After graduating from TCU in 2017, Luke worked as an financial analyst for Dimensional Fund Advisors before joining the HPI team.
