Davis’ specialty is in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships with his clients. Since 2013, Davis has consistently been recognized as a top CoStar Power Broker, as well as being recognized as the Austin Business Journal’s #1 Heavy Hitter from 2015 to 2019. Prior to joining HPI, Davis attended Trinity University where he earned a B.S. in Finance while spending four years on the Trinity football team.

As the Industrial Partner, Andy Thomas leads all industrial development and investment for HPI. Andy also directly oversees a management and leasing team of 60 people, with an active portfolio of over 12 Million square feet of institutionally and privately-owned industrial assets across Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. Through 20 years, Andy has been directly involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of industrial projects  with a total asset-value of over $1 Billion. Industrial developments led by Andy have totaled over 10 Million square feet, including Airport Commerce Park, Davis Springs Corporate Center, and most recently Freeport Technology Center and Hays Logistics Center. Andy began his career with Colliers, Turly, Martin & Tucker in Kansas City working as an industrial broker directly under the firm’s managing partner. He moved to Austin to join HPI in 2000.
