CAREER SUMMARY

John joined HPI in 2007 after graduating with an MBA from McCombs School of Business.  Prior to attending McCombs, John spent five years at Bank of America in Dallas . He spent the first three years as a generalist in Banc of America Securities' investment bank, where he performed various M&A advisory, corporate finance and capital raising activities across multiple industries. John spent the next two years in Bank of America's large corporate lending practice where he performed credit analysis, underwriting and structuring activities in Bank of America's portfolio of large corporate loans. While at Bank of America, John worked on transactions totaling over $18 billion in value.
