Blake has been an active professional in the Austin real estate community since 1996. Prior to joining HPI Corporate Services, Blake was a Brokerage Specialist with CB Richard Ellis in Austin, Texas. He assisted a diverse range of corporate clients in identifying and successfully fulfilling their lease space requirements. In addition to representing tenants, he teamed with national and local industrial and retail property owners in the marketing and leasing of their assets. Blake also successfully represented local and national property owners in the disposition of their retail, industrial, and raw land holdings.
