The HPI Retail Division is the most active retail real estate company in San Antonio, TX, offering development, leasing, tenant representation and management services. With approximately 3.1 million square feet either under development or for lease and another 1.1 million square feet in the pre-development stages, our focus has been to develop quality retail projects, including infill sites and growth areas of South Texas.

HPI has completed several of San Antonio’s most complicated and sought after commercial real estate projects. These include, but are not limited to, the acquisition of the former Central Park Mall (Park North Plaza), City Base Landing retail development, the redevelopment of San Pedro Towne Center and the Pavillion’s North Shopping Center. The creation of strong anchored, well merchandised shopping centers, with easy access and strong visibility has been and always will be our focus.

The founders of HPI Real Estate Services and Investments (HPI) and retail real estate veteran Mark Granados formed HPI Retail Properties, LP, formerly Hill-Granados Retail Partners, LP, in 2000.
