• Construction crews at Park North in San Antonio have broken ground on the final phase of development.
• CoStar recently named HPI as a 2007 Power Firm and over half of its agents individually ranked in The Top 10 2007 Power Brokers for his/her specialty.
• Honored by the Austin Business Journal, HPI Real Estate Services and HPI Corporate Services ranked in the Top 3 of the Heavy Hitter Firms in Austin, in addition, more than half of HPI’s Brokers were also awarded the honor and title of Heavy Hitters.
• Davis Spring is near completion on the NW corner of Parmer and FM 620. Two of the four buildings are fully leased.
• Airport Commerce Park, HPI’s joint venture with Simmons Vedder, is completed with Building 6 fully leased to Texas Parks & Wildlife.
• Academy has chosen HPI Retail Properties, LP, to partner together to construct their new store in McKinney, TX. Academy is currently a tenant at HPI’s Hill Country Plaza development in San Antonio.
