Third-party leasing is a major component of our business. Over the years, we have served several institutional clients and continue to provide them with the market knowledge, resources and expertise needed to maintain their absolute satisfaction. Our No. 1 goal is to maximize our clients' asset value through solid, conscientious leasing.
Additionally, the Industrial Division handles portfolio acquisitions and disposition services. In 2006 alone, we helped our customers with 1.9 million square feet of sales and acquisitions.
