HPI Real Estate Services & Investments (HPI) and Captex Development Company (Captex) have teamed up forming HPI Residential, a company focused solely on multi-family development across Central Texas. Led by industry veteran Jim Norman, HPI Residential plans to construct over 1,000 residential apartment units over the coming years. Norman is well versed in development. Previously employed by The Spanos Corporation for 15+ years, Jim was responsible for all phases of development for over 4,600 units including site acquisition, finance, construction, management and sales.
