CAREER SUMMARY

Sarah joined HPI in early 2010, as a Property Manager, responsible for a portfolio of Industrial, Office and Retail located throughout Austin that are both HPI owned as well as third-party owned.

Prior to joining HPI, Sarah worked for CBRE overseeing properties ranging from 480,000 SF to a portfolio of two century old properties in the heart of Austin. Her career in Property Management began over 5 years ago after a long tenure in the hospitality community working as a meeting planner for a state-wide non-profit as well as in sales for a national hotel chain.

This unique background affords Sarah an uncharacteristic view of property management and a keen eye for details. She excels at tenant retention and works diligently to make sure both owner and tenants' needs are served. In 2008, Sarah obtained the prestigious LEED AP designation and continues to grow her knowledge of "green" building and green practices to this day.
