CAREER SUMMARY

Rebecca joins HPI as a Senior Property Manager responsible for overseeing the property management functions of over 2 million sf. Her responsibilities include the direction of the San Antonio portfolio as well as properties in Waco and McKinney, Texas. Rebecca also works closely with the Development and Leasing teams on new business opportunities.

Rebecca brings over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. She strives to balance fiscal responsibility and sound operational management while maintaining the comfort of tenants. She has twice been honored as among the best in the nation with the “Best Practices” recognition by CEL, the industry leader for tenant satisfaction surveys.

Before Joining HPI, Rebecca worked for REATA Real Estate Services in San Antonio. The majority of her career Rebecca was an asset manager and property manager servicing San Antonio and Dallas real estate markets.
