CAREER SUMMARY

Michelle Ford is a Certified Property Manager responsible for approximately 138,715 square feet of office space.

Michelle joined Hill Partners in March 2003, but her real estate career began a decade earlier in Houston assisting with a 500,000 square-foot office portfolio for Goradia Management.

The abilities Michelle demonstrated at Goradia convinced the Houston office of Kennedy Wilson International to hire her as a property manager in 1998 where she supervised all property management operations for 150,000 square feet of office buildings, including financials, tenant relationships, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures. With her transfer to Austin in 2000, Kennedy Wilson trusted Michelle with a far larger portfolio amounting to 400,000 square feet of offices, retail, and industrial buildings.

Michelle left Kennedy Wilson at the close of 2001 to study business at Texas State University. She graduated a year later with a degree in management and a 4.0 grade point average. At Texas State, Michelle served as the 2002 vice president of the Collegiate Entrepreneur's Organization. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business.
