CAREER SUMMARY

Cynthia’s expertise in business management and finance, assists in coordinating operations of HPI’s property management business. To provide HPI customers with excellent service and increased asset value, Cynthia promotes efficient processes, tight business controls, and regular evaluation of our business.

Before joining HPI in August 2006, Cynthia worked for eight years at Dell, Inc., most recently as a Senior Consultant in Investor Relations. She served three years as Finance Manager for Technical Support Operations, managing a $200M global support budget. She held several accounting and financial roles at Dell, including consolidation of the $22B Americas Business Unit Forecast. Prior to Dell, Cynthia was the Office Manager for Gallery of Homes Real Estate in Austin. There, she had oversight of the accounting and management, including residential and commercial real estate sales, relocation and foreclosure, leasing, property management, and maintenance businesses.

Previously, she served as Office Manager for First American Appraisal, a residential and commercial property appraisal firm in Austin. Early in her career, Cynthia worked in public accounting, preparing client financial statements, payroll reports and individual and corporate tax returns.
