On November 1st, 1992 Richard Hill, Kent Lance, and Dick Anderson, all successful former executives with the Trammell Crow Co., co-founded HPI Real Estate Services and Investments, previously known as Hill Partners, Inc. Combined, the three founding partners possess over 70 years of real estate experience. Since the company’s inception HPI continues to grow on the principles of knowledge, integrity, and exceptional client services. In December 2006, all Hill Partners related companies merged under a single brand: HPI Real Estate Services and Investments Divisions operate as: HPI Real Estate Inc.; HPI Retail Properties, LP; HPI Real Estate Management, Inc.; HPI Residential, LLC.; and HPI Corporate Services, LLC.
