HPI's affiliate company, HPI Corporate Services, LLC, provides tenant representation, and brokerage services for hundreds of clients in Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas. Corporate Services’ sole purpose is to serve the client and be the client’s representative when negotiating terms and contracts. We use our extensive knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market to our clients' advantage by serving as consultants to companies interested in leasing, purchasing or selling commercial real estate.
