• AAI Corporation has renewed and expanded their lease to 43,688 square feet at SouthPark Commerce Center 1 & 2, located at 4401 Friedrich Lane, in Austin, Texas. Ace Schlameus with HPI Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord.
• Prism Electric, Inc. has signed a lease for 4,635 square feet at Cameron Centre B, located at 8200 Cameron Drive in Austin, Texas. Deal was brokered by Lawrence O’Connor with HPI Real Estate, Inc.
