HPI Welcomes Former Trammell Crow Exec Stan Erwin as Development & Investment Partner

(Austin, Texas, November 2, 2011) Austin, Texas - HPI Real Estate Services & Investments (HPI) is proud to announce new team member, Stan Erwin. Previously a Trammell Crow Executive, Stan joins HPI, leveraging his development and leasing experience in order to further HPI's presence in the local commercial real estate community. Focused in new development and investments, Stan brings over 25 years of real estate experience to an already talented team.

During his time with Crow, Stan was a top producer and stepped up to the challenge as President of Trammell Crow Central Texas. He oversaw a staff of more than 180 people, encompassing all facets of real estate operation. He was appointed to the National Operating Committee where he worked on the implementation of national corporate initiatives. Some of his major projects include the Tokyo Electron Campus, Dell Computer Corporation's World Headquarters and the Lower Colorado River Authority's Campus. As he grew, his success consistently awarded him top performer and ultimately the recognition and selection of leading Trammell Crow's business expansion into India.
