CAREER SUMMARY

Marc specializes in providing tenant representation services for corporate office users. Marc has conducted extensive market research in the Austin office market; his comprehensive understanding of availability and trends is a tremendous asset to his clients. Since 2001, Marc has negotiated more than 150 office leases totaling over 1.5 million square feet on behalf of tenants.

Prior to joining HPI , Marc worked in Dallas for Mohr Partners, a global commercial real estate firm that specializes in tenant representation and portfolio management. He concentrated his efforts on representing office tenants and participated in lease negotiations, space planning, project management, and new business development.
