CAREER SUMMARY
Jay is a real estate broker specifically concentrating on the purchase and sale of commercial properties including office, industrial, land, retail and multi-family.
In 1987, Jay began his commercial real estate career in Austin, Texas. Shortly thereafter, he began working with Burney Interests selling multi-family properties. He was involved in the sale of over 13,000 multi-family units throughout Texas from 1989 to 1994. In 1994, he started CBL Properties concentrating in the acquisition and disposition of income producing assets. During the past fourteen years, he has been involved in the purchase and sales of more than 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties.
